Students are invited to participate in consultation with Danielle Ciccone and/or Michele Topel, either in a group format, or individually. During consultation, students will be supported in implementing the KA-EMDR™ method with their own clients.

In addition to completing the Introductory KA-EMDR™ Course, Optimizing KA-EMDR™ Course, and KA-EMDR™ Experiential Training, at least 3 hours of group consultation, or 2 hours of individual consultation, are required for clinicians who want to be added to the Therapist Directory.

We offer small, supportive KA-EMDR™ consultation groups. Each group is a 3-session series (90 minutes per session), allowing for continuity, depth, and meaningful integration of the model. Participants are invited to bring clinical cases, ask questions, and refine their use of KA-EMDR™ through collaborative discussion and guided consultation. Groups are limited to 6 participants to preserve a high level of clinical attention and group cohesion. Consultation groups are offered quarterly by both Danielle Ciccone and Michele Topel. We each offer 1-2 groups per quarter.

Investment: 

$380 for the full 3-session series. A 10% discount is available for those who have registered for the Introductory KA-EMDR™ Course, Optimizing KA-EMDR™ Course, and the KA-EMDR™ Experiential Training, reducing the investment to $342.

Eligibility:

• Participants must be registered for the Introductory KA-EMDR™ Course and the Optimizing KA-EMDR™ Course before registering for a consultation group.
• The Introductory KA-EMDR™ Course and Optimizing KA-EMDR™ Course must be completed before the first consultation group meeting.
• Consultation is ideally started after completing the Experiential Training, though this is not required.

To request a spot, please email the facilitator of your chosen group from the options below. You will receive payment instructions upon receipt of your email. Full payment is required to reserve your spot. Consultation fees are paid directly to each consultant. 

Each session is recorded. If you are unable to attend a meeting, you will receive access to the recording. However, attendance at a minimum of two full consultation sessions is required to meet eligibility requirements for inclusion in the KA-EMDR™ Therapist Directory.

Danielle Ciccone and Michele Topel offer individual consultation for students who cannot attend the group consultation meetings due to scheduling conflicts, or for students who prefer to learn in individual consultation format. The fee for individual consultation with either Danielle Ciccone or Michele Topel is $225 per hour. Consultation fees are paid directly to each consultant.
